NIPRO PREMIER S STRIPS
- NIPRO Premier Strip is manufactured for NIPRO Corporation, Japan. It is intended to use with a Premier S meter for quantitative measurement of glucose in the fresh capillary and whole blood from the fingertip. Alternate site testing from the forearm and palm may also be used to measure glucose levels. In clinic and hospital settings, venous whole blood may also be used to measure blood glucose when drawn by healthcare professionals.
- Only 0.4 µL blood is required to perform the test. The strip is capable of drawing blood automatically. GDH-FAD enzyme-based test strips are capable of showing accurate results in case of fluctuation of oxygen level in the patient’s body. Hematocrit level ranges from 15%-65% to help patients with low RBC count to get an accurate result. With two years’ validity from the date of manufacturing, the Premier S strip can be used until the date of expiration.
